Carmel Liertz is an internationally recognised Performance Confidence Coach.
Her ground-breaking thesis, “Developing Performance Confidence: A Holistic Training Strategies Program for Managing Practice and Performance in Music” (2002) applies mind-body enhancing strategies from Sport Psychology and Sport Nutrition, to provide natural solutions for performance stress and anxiety. Liertz’s Program has also been used in B.Ed. coursework, and for assisting to overcome burnout, chronic fatigue and injuries.
